Advanced Manufacturing
Quality without compromise. Combining innovation, precision, and unmatched craftsmanship.
DESIGN
We utilize cutting-edge design software to develop detailed CAD models. With expertise from the aerospace industry, our engineers ensure that the designs are thoroughly tested for compatibility and optimized for manufacturing. The CAD models guide the creation of tooling and fixtures, ensuring consistency in production. Precision CNC machining of metal molds ensures that each product produced is an exact match to the original model, maintaining high-quality standards across every part.
MANUFACTURING AND QUALITY CONTROL
Our proprietary manufacturing process enables us to produce top-tier parts with significantly faster delivery times than our competitors. Efficiency, consistency, cost control, and rigorous quality checks are central to every step. Automation plays a key role, including the precision cutting of carbon fiber materials and computer-controlled curing ovens that ensure every part is fully cured and resistant to warping, even in high heat. Our parts are CNC inletted for a precise, drop-in fit and compatible with hydrographic dipping and high-temperature paint processes. Each part is test fit with all components before shipping to ensure exceptional quality and performance.
CARBON FIBER MATERIALS
We use top-grade carbon fiber, epoxy, and paint to craft our premium composite parts. Carbon fiber is a high-performance material known for its incredible strength and lightweight properties, used in everything from fighter jets to bicycles and wind turbines. Properly designed carbon fiber components can match the strength of steel at a fraction of the weight. All of our carbon fiber parts are made from rigorously tested materials, delivering exceptional stiffness and durability, remaining unaffected by environmental conditions to provide reliable performance for years to come.
FIBERGLASS MATERIALS
Our fiberglass parts are crafted using the same advanced techniques as our premium carbon fiber parts. Designed for durability, precision, and all-weather performance, these fiberglass parts maintain the high standards our customers expect. Though heavier and more affordable than carbon fiber, fiberglass is a reliable, high-performance material that, when combined with other strong, lightweight materials, provides a solid foundation for any quality build.

The Zeiss Comet uses a fringe projection to pick up discrete points of measurement on the surface of an object. This tool, along with the measurement software and rotary table, create a full three-dimensional point surface scan of the object. In the software, Colin3D, the point cloud is optimized to remove outlier data and converted to a mesh.
